At our Gym personalization goes beyond workouts. Choose your music, your TV and feel like you're at your own home. The Gym is yours, the training is yours, and the experience is fully tailored to your preferences! The Gym is a open layout surrounded by nature with a wonderful view of the Monchique mountain. You can train both indoors or outdoors enjoy the privacy and freedom to train as you prefer. Train individually or with Friends Train individually for 35 Euro or in groups of up to three people total (Each Extra Person 15 Euros). Included in Training Session Changing Room, toilet and shower Towel for during Training and shower Drinking Water Extras Specialty Coffee or Tea Isotonic drink for during training Recovery Protein Shake or Protein smoothie Ice Bath Recovery Boots Sport Message Full body / Half Body Person Training Optional (25 Euro Per session) We offer customized training to meet your individual needs.
